Your background in AI, machine learning, or SaaS products is a plus, as is your experience in the financial or technology sectors. What you'll do
As a Business Analyst at 10Pearls, you will be instrumental in gathering and analyzing client requirements, ensuring that our AI solutions meet their operational and strategic needs. You will collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and challenges, documenting detailed records of requirements and specifications for development teams. Your role will involve conducting in-depth business analysis and generating actionable insights from client and operational data.
You will support the Director of Customer Success in optimizing solution delivery and enhancing client satisfaction. This includes analyzing data to identify trends and recommending enhancements in delivery processes. You will work closely with customer success and delivery teams to ensure clarity and direction throughout the solution lifecycle, contributing to the overall success of our projects.
