Who you are

You are a skilled Software Engineer in Test with a strong focus on application security and secure development practices. You have experience designing and executing tests that uncover security weaknesses before they reach production, and you are comfortable collaborating with engineering and security teams to drive validation efforts. You understand the importance of embedding security tests in CI/CD pipelines and are familiar with cloud security practices, particularly in AWS or Azure environments.

You have a solid understanding of container security, including Docker and Kubernetes, and you are adept at analyzing penetration test results to verify remediation efforts. Your experience with automated testing tools and frameworks allows you to contribute effectively to secure SDLC processes. You are detail-oriented and committed to ensuring that security is a priority throughout the development lifecycle.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain automated test suites focused on security use cases and remediations. You will validate security-related code changes across web, mobile, and API layers, ensuring that security features and controls are thoroughly tested. You will partner with security engineers to test patches, mitigations, and enhancements, contributing to the overall security posture of the platform.

You will conduct integration and regression testing around security features, providing detailed documentation and reports on test outcomes. Your contributions will help harden the platform by identifying and addressing security vulnerabilities before they reach production. You will also develop and identify tools and frameworks to assist with automated security validation, ensuring that security practices are integrated into the development process.
