You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in collaborative learning environments. You understand the importance of aligning product roadmaps with broader organizational goals and have a proven track record of delivering successful features. Your ability to identify problems and define effective solutions is key to your success in this role. You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that product development aligns with user needs and company vision.
You are comfortable managing the functional and technical scope of a squad, ensuring that all team members are aligned and focused on delivering high-quality outcomes. Your experience allows you to navigate complex challenges and make informed decisions that drive product success. You are also adept at stakeholder management, ensuring that all parties are informed and engaged throughout the product development process.
What you'll do
As a Senior Product Manager at 360Learning, you will own the roadmap for your Product Squad, collaborating with Product Designers and Software Engineers to deliver innovative solutions. You will be responsible for identifying user needs and translating them into actionable product features. Your role will involve conducting user research, defining metrics for success, and ensuring that the team is focused on delivering value to users.
You will lead the planning and execution of product development cycles, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with the company's vision. Your ability to manage timelines and deliverables will be crucial as you work to meet ambitious goals. You will also engage in regular communication with the Group Product Manager to ensure that your squad's efforts are in sync with the overall product strategy.
