Who you are

You have over 10 years of project management experience in the IT or automotive industry, with at least 5 years leading large-scale cross-functional projects. Your deep understanding of software development or related technical domains allows you to navigate complex mobility AI technology stacks effectively. You excel in cross-functional collaboration, having successfully coordinated complex issues among various technical and business stakeholders while proactively managing risks.

Your experience includes applying Agile methodologies in real projects, demonstrating your ability to lead flexible and effective teams. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to engage with global teams and stakeholders in English. You are adept at using project management tools like Jira and Confluence, which you leverage to enhance team collaboration and project execution.

Desirable

You have advanced skills in project management tools such as Jira and Confluence, and a solid understanding of autonomous driving systems, including control and perception/planning systems. Experience in mobility or AI product management is a plus, as is familiarity with the automotive industry.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end coverage of Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) and autonomous driving system development, overseeing all phases of the product lifecycle from planning to production. You will demonstrate leadership in an Agile development environment, utilizing tools like Jira and Confluence to foster collaboration and execution-focused leadership. Regular communication with executives and key stakeholders will be essential to support strategic decision-making.

You will define MVPs and design projects based on milestones to ensure effective execution and minimize risks. Additionally, you will establish and improve policies, standards, and processes aligned with the product and technology roadmap. Your responsibilities will include leading gate reviews at various project stages and taking a proactive approach to complex problem-solving and influential communication.
