What you'll do

In this role, you will design and build scalable AI platform services using Python and microservice architectures — your focus will be on ensuring that AI services are built, deployed, observed, and evolved effectively in production. You will own the DevOps and MLOps workflows, including CI/CD processes, model deployment, and versioning.

You will work on building and maintaining Kubernetes-based platforms for AI workloads — your expertise will guide the team in optimizing performance and reliability. You will also be responsible for developing data pipelines and ensuring data quality throughout the ML lifecycle.

As a hands-on technical leader, you will influence the architecture of the AI platform and mentor junior engineers — your leadership will foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team. You will engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions that drive business value.
