What you'll do

As the Manager of Quality Systems, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing management of quality-related electronic systems. Your role will involve establishing and maintaining data architecture that supports QC-related activities, ensuring compliance with global regulations. You will monitor and continuously improve these systems, playing a critical role in the laboratory's operational efficiency. You will work closely with various teams to foster a strong culture of quality across the organization, empowering your colleagues to prioritize quality in their work. Your leadership will be instrumental in building scalable quality capabilities that have a lasting impact on the organization and the industry. You will also be tasked with providing oversight of QC laboratory electronic systems, ensuring they are fit-for-purpose and enable efficient, data-driven operations.
