Who you are
You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in climate-related products or services. Your expertise in working with weather datasets allows you to understand the unique challenges and opportunities in this field. You excel in collaboration, working closely with sales, business, operations, marketing, and development teams to drive product success. You are a subject matter expert, capable of championing the Climate Services roadmap and ensuring its alignment with organizational goals. Your analytical skills enable you to assess market needs and translate them into actionable product features. You are comfortable navigating complex stakeholder environments and can effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the capabilities of AccuWeather's ClimateReady™ Risk Mitigation offering. You will create and manage the product roadmap, ensuring that it aligns with the company's strategic objectives. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate climate services into existing B2B platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience. You will conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends, using this information to inform product development. Additionally, you will support the exploration and realization of new features, working closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery. Your ability to analyze performance metrics will help you make data-driven decisions that enhance product scalability and effectiveness.
