You are comfortable navigating complex stakeholder environments and can effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the capabilities of AccuWeather's ClimateReady™ Risk Mitigation offering. You will create and manage the product roadmap, ensuring that it aligns with the company's strategic objectives. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate climate services into existing B2B platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience. You will conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends, using this information to inform product development. Additionally, you will support the exploration and realization of new features, working closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery. Your ability to analyze performance metrics will help you make data-driven decisions that enhance product scalability and effectiveness. You will also engage with clients to gather feedback and iterate on product offerings, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of organizations facing climate change challenges.
