What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Platform Integration team at Achievers, overseeing the development and maintenance of systems that facilitate seamless integrations between Achievers’ core platform and various third-party partners. You will be responsible for setting the technical direction of the team, ensuring that best practices are followed in system design and implementation. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define integration requirements and deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.

You will also be involved in strategic planning, helping to shape the future of the platform by identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation. Your role will require you to stay current with industry trends and technologies, ensuring that your team is equipped with the tools and knowledge necessary to succeed. You will lead code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure that the team adheres to established development processes and standards.
