Job Description
Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, specifically in managing marketing automation platforms and CRM integrations. Your technical expertise allows you to ensure the health and flow of data between systems, enabling effective marketing campaigns. You are detail-oriented and understand the importance of compliance with established SLAs and operational procedures. You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating with teams to implement innovative marketing processes that drive revenue growth.
You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions. Your experience with Salesforce and other marketing tools equips you to manage audience segmentation and campaign automation effectively. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and are committed to maintaining the highest quality assurance standards in your work.
Desirable
Experience with additional marketing technologies and platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with data analytics tools that can enhance campaign performance. You are a team player who enjoys mentoring junior staff and sharing best practices within your team. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders is a valuable asset in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take the lead on running scalable marketing processes that integrate seamlessly with our CRM and marketing automation platforms.
