Acronis is seeking a Public Relations Intern to support media relations, content creation, and event coordination efforts in Singapore. This role offers hands-on experience in public relations and communications.
Job Description
Who you are
You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. You possess strong writing skills and are detail-oriented, with a passion for media and communications. You are eager to learn and contribute to impactful campaigns while working in a collaborative environment.
You have a proactive attitude and are comfortable working in a fast-paced setting. You are interested in gaining practical experience in public relations and are excited about the opportunity to support Acronis's mission to create a #CyberFit future. You are adaptable and willing to take on various tasks to support the team.
What you'll do
As a Public Relations Intern, you will assist in preparing press releases, media pitches, and briefing materials. You will update and maintain media contact databases and support media outreach efforts to enhance Acronis's visibility. You will contribute to the development of engaging content for press materials, blogs, newsletters, and social media platforms, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
You will assist in organizing and promoting events such as press conferences, media roundtables, product launches, and partner activities. Additionally, you will monitor industry trends, media coverage, and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations for PR strategies. You will track and compile media coverage, event success metrics, and campaign results for internal reporting, collaborating closely with the regional marketing and communications teams.
