What you'll do
As a Technical Account Manager at Adjust, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through the integration of Adjust's analytics and measurement tools. You will resolve inquiries and provide technical support through calls and meetings, ensuring that clients can effectively utilize our platform to achieve their marketing goals. Your role will involve collaborating with the Client Services team to streamline processes and improve client satisfaction.
You will also be responsible for onboarding new clients, helping them understand the features and capabilities of our tools. By analyzing client data and feedback, you will identify opportunities for improvement and work with internal teams to enhance our offerings.
