You are an expert in photonic layout and design automation with a strong background in engineering. You have a deep understanding of the principles of photonics and are skilled in applying design automation techniques to complex systems. Your experience includes working on innovative projects that push the boundaries of technology, particularly in applications related to automated driving, industrial robotics, and consumer electronics. You thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about transforming autonomy through advanced sensing technologies.
You possess excellent problem-solving skills and can navigate the challenges of integrating LiDAR components onto silicon photonics chips. Your technical expertise is complemented by strong leadership abilities, allowing you to guide and mentor a team of engineers effectively. You are committed to fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within your team, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
Desirable
