In this role, you will be paired with a tenured Affirmer who will guide you through your early career journey. You will work on various tasks that contribute to your team's projects and goals, ensuring that you gain hands-on experience in software development. You will collaborate with your team and stakeholders, helping to create visibility and dialogue regarding the risks and trade-offs related to your work. You will focus on balancing speed and quality in your contributions, ensuring that the team meets its business objectives while maintaining system reliability. You will also engage in growth and development activities, contributing to a sense of community within your team.
