Who you are

You have a strong analytical mindset and experience in data analysis, particularly in marketing contexts. Your proficiency in SQL allows you to extract and manipulate data effectively, enabling you to derive actionable insights from complex datasets. You are familiar with Google Analytics and understand how to leverage it for performance tracking and optimization. Your ability to visualize data helps communicate findings clearly to stakeholders, ensuring that data-driven decisions are made effectively. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with marketing strategists and data scientists to develop impactful marketing programs. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent problem-solving skills, allowing you to tackle challenges head-on and contribute to the team's success.

Desirable

Experience with data visualization tools is a plus, as it enhances your ability to present data in an engaging manner. Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies can also be beneficial, as it allows you to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies. A background in performance marketing or digital marketing analytics will further strengthen your candidacy, as it aligns with the team's focus on improving customer lifetime value through measurable marketing efforts.

What you'll do

In this role, you will analyze marketing data to identify trends and insights that drive customer acquisition and retention. You will collaborate with the Performance Marketing Team to develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies that enhance the lifetime value of Agoda customers. Your responsibilities will include monitoring key performance indicators, conducting in-depth analyses, and presenting findings to the marketing leadership team. You will also work on optimizing marketing campaigns based on data insights, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to maximize impact. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of reporting frameworks that track the success of marketing initiatives, providing stakeholders with clear visibility into performance metrics.
