Who you are
You have a strong background in marketing analytics, with experience in data analysis and a solid understanding of pricing strategies. Your proficiency in SQL allows you to extract and manipulate data effectively, enabling you to derive actionable insights that drive marketing performance. You are comfortable working with Google Analytics and other data visualization tools to present your findings clearly to stakeholders. Your analytical mindset helps you identify trends and patterns in data, which you leverage to optimize marketing campaigns and improve customer engagement. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that enhance customer lifetime value.
Desirable
Experience with A/B testing and familiarity with digital marketing channels would be a plus. You are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment, adapting to new challenges and technologies as they arise.
What you'll do
In this role, you will analyze marketing data to inform pricing strategies and optimize marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with the Performance Marketing Team to develop at-scale marketing programs that improve customer acquisition and retention. Your responsibilities will include conducting data analysis to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, identifying opportunities for improvement, and presenting your findings to the marketing leadership team. You will also work on developing dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators, ensuring that the team has access to real-time data to make informed decisions. Additionally, you will participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative marketing ideas that align with Agoda's goals and objectives.
