You have a strong background in product design, particularly for consumer-facing applications — you understand user needs and can translate them into intuitive designs. You are proficient in design tools such as Figma, enabling you to create high-fidelity prototypes and design systems that enhance user experience. Your experience includes collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to ensure that designs are feasible and aligned with business goals. You are skilled in conducting user research and usability testing, allowing you to iterate on designs based on real user feedback. You have a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating aesthetically pleasing and functional designs that resonate with users. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to share your insights and learn from others.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and improving Agoda's consumer-facing products — you will work closely with product managers to understand user problems and design effective solutions. You will create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that communicate your ideas clearly and effectively. You will participate in user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on your designs, ensuring they meet user needs and enhance the overall experience. You will collaborate with engineers during the implementation phase to ensure that your designs are executed accurately and effectively. You will also contribute to the design team by sharing your knowledge and insights, helping to foster a culture of creativity and innovation.
