What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the Guest Data Science team in developing innovative methodologies to understand guest preferences throughout their online discovery journey. You will collaborate with product managers to shape data strategies that drive guest conversion and engagement across Airbnb's Homes, Experiences, and Services verticals. Your work will involve analyzing user behavior data to detect underlying intents and preferences, ultimately enhancing the personalization of the Airbnb app. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior data scientists, fostering a culture of learning and innovation within the team. Your contributions will directly influence the guest experience, making it more relevant and engaging.
