You can handle complex cases with professionalism and efficiency, demonstrating a keen ability to recognize case types and severity. You possess excellent organizational skills, allowing you to manage multiple user cases simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service. Your communication skills enable you to summarize user issues effectively and escalate them to leadership when necessary. You are adaptable and can modify your schedule based on business needs, showcasing your commitment to operational success.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing safety concerns for Airbnb users, ensuring that all cases are handled with the utmost care and attention. You will develop a deep understanding of complex workflows and follow them diligently while retaining the ability to question and deviate from the workflow when necessary. You will interact with Airbnb customers through various channels, including live chat, social platforms, messaging, and phone, resolving their issues in a timely manner. Your role will require you to demonstrate teamwork and support operational success as directed by your management team.

What we offer

Airbnb offers a competitive salary range of ₹770,000—₹1,000,000 INR annually, inclusive of allowances. The role may also be eligible for bonuses or incentives, equity programs, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits. You will be part of a dynamic team that values safety and customer satisfaction, contributing to the overall success of Airbnb's operations.
