What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development of critical booking and post-booking flows for Airbnb's Reservation Management team. You will explore and shape new product experiences, working alongside cross-functional partners to deliver innovative solutions. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the technical direction of Android projects, ensuring that best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle. You will collaborate with design partners to create prototypes and iterate on product features based on user feedback. Additionally, you will be responsible for mentoring team members, sharing your expertise in Android development, and fostering a culture of excellence within the engineering team. You will also engage in strategic discussions about product direction and contribute to the overall vision of the Reservation Management team.
