Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in data science, particularly in algorithm development for risk and fraud detection. Your strong analytical skills allow you to derive insights from complex datasets, and you are proficient in Python and SQL, which you use to build and optimize models. You are comfortable working with machine learning techniques and have a solid understanding of data visualization tools to communicate your findings effectively. Your collaborative nature enables you to work well with cross-functional teams, and you are driven by a desire to make a significant impact in the financial technology space.
Desirable
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP is a plus, as is familiarity with big data technologies like Apache Spark. You are also encouraged to apply if you have a background in financial services or have worked on projects related to risk management.
