Job Description
Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure engineering, with a strong focus on cloud technologies and automation. Your expertise in AWS and container orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes allows you to build and maintain scalable infrastructure that supports high-traffic applications. You are proficient in Linux and have experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, enabling you to automate deployments and manage configurations effectively.
You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with development teams to streamline processes and improve deployment pipelines. Your problem-solving skills are top-notch, and you have a keen eye for identifying bottlenecks and optimizing performance. You are also familiar with monitoring and logging tools to ensure system reliability and uptime.
What you'll do
As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Airwallex, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust infrastructure solutions that support our global payments platform. You will work on automating deployment processes and managing CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless integration and delivery of new features. Your role will involve collaborating with software engineers to enhance system performance and reliability, as well as troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure-related issues.
You will also be tasked with implementing security best practices across our infrastructure, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
