You have a proven track record in growth management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a leadership role focused on user acquisition and lifecycle strategies. You possess strong analytical skills and are adept at using data to inform decision-making and drive growth initiatives. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product, allows you to turn insights into actionable strategies that enhance user engagement and retention.

What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the global growth strategy for Airwallex, focusing on user acquisition and lifecycle management. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to develop and implement initiatives that enhance user engagement and drive revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include analyzing user data to identify trends and opportunities, designing experiments to test new growth strategies, and optimizing existing channels for maximum impact.
