You have a strong background in growth management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in driving user acquisition and product innovation. You bring a data-driven mindset and are comfortable using analytics to inform your decisions. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, allows you to turn innovative ideas into actionable strategies. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are motivated by the challenge of building impactful solutions that resonate with users.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your curiosity drives you to dig deep into user behavior and market trends, ensuring that your strategies are not only effective but also aligned with the company's mission. What you'll do
In this role, you will lead growth initiatives that enhance user acquisition and retention for Airwallex's financial platform. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to develop and implement strategies that drive engagement and conversion.
