What you'll do

As a Senior Product Manager at Airwallex, you will lead the product strategy for our Card Schemes offerings — you will define the product roadmap, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business objectives. You will conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in our payment solutions.

You will collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop and launch new features, ensuring they meet user needs and business goals — you will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation through to launch and post-launch analysis. You will also work closely with marketing to develop go-to-market strategies that effectively communicate the value of our products to customers.

You will analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to iterate on existing features and drive continuous improvement — your insights will help shape future product enhancements and inform strategic decisions. You will also mentor junior product team members, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
