What you'll do
As the Studio Services Coordinator, you will be the go-to person for day-to-day support across the AKQA Studio. You will maintain an awareness of the daily meeting room schedule, planning and prioritizing the setup and clear-down of all meeting rooms to a high standard. Your role will involve assisting with ordering catering for meetings and events, as well as managing stationery areas and kitchen supplies. You will also help organize and set up internal events and manage administrative tasks such as security passes, booking couriers, and travel arrangements. Your focus will be on creating a welcoming environment that inspires creativity and collaboration among teams and clients alike.
