What you'll do

As the Production Director at AKQA, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of communication and brand projects, ensuring that all aspects of production are executed flawlessly. You will own the production planning process, managing schedules, budgets, and resources while proactively addressing any risks or issues that arise. Your role will involve close collaboration with Creative Directors and other creative teams to assess project feasibility and develop comprehensive production plans.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all projects maintain a high level of creative excellence and operational rigor. This includes overseeing the quality of outputs and ensuring that they align with client expectations and brand standards. You will also play a key role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring that communication is clear and effective throughout the production process.

In addition to managing production teams, you will also be involved in evaluating project outcomes post-delivery, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices for future projects. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration within the team, encouraging innovative thinking and problem-solving.
