What you'll do

As the Associate Strategy Director, you will play a pivotal role in the Strategy team at AKQA Amsterdam. You will collaborate with Strategy Directors and other studio disciplines to define strategic paths for brand and experiential outcomes. Your work will involve orchestrating solutions that harmoniously blend strategy, business, product design, creative, and technology. You will be responsible for ensuring that all solutions are aligned with user needs and business objectives, delivering cohesive experiences across various touchpoints. You will engage with clients to understand their challenges and translate these into actionable strategies that drive results. Your role will also involve mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team.
