Your technical expertise includes working with cloud platforms such as AWS, and you have hands-on experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes. You are familiar with infrastructure as code practices, particularly using Terraform, and understand how to implement these tools to streamline deployment processes.

You are a proactive communicator who enjoys working closely with other developers to support the adoption of new tools and features. You thrive in environments that encourage innovation and are eager to contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.

Experience with AI technologies or search algorithms would be a plus, as Algolia is a leader in AI Search. Familiarity with agile methodologies and a strong understanding of software development best practices will help you succeed in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing core features of the Algolia Dashboard, focusing on enhancing the user experience for developers. You will lead the design and implementation of new services that power the infrastructure platform, enabling quick and autonomous deployment for all teams.

You will collaborate with various teams to build tooling and guidelines that improve the overall developer experience. Your work will directly impact how developers at Algolia interact with the Dashboard, ensuring they can ship features efficiently and effectively.

You will also be accountable for maintaining high standards of code quality and performance, conducting code reviews, and mentoring junior engineers. Your contributions will help shape the future of Algolia's platform, making it easier for developers to deliver exceptional search experiences to customers.
