What you'll do

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer at Allica Bank, you will be a founding member of our AI capability within the Growth Squad. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and deploy AI systems that enhance customer interactions and operational efficiency. You will collaborate with various teams to identify opportunities for intelligent automation and create solutions that transform the customer experience.

You will scope and implement projects that leverage advanced technologies, ensuring that our banking solutions resonate with SMEs. Your role will involve building smarter interfaces and proactive service solutions that eliminate manual effort and improve engagement.

You will also participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the overall technical direction of the team. Your insights will help shape our growth strategy and ensure that we are meeting the needs of our customers effectively.
