You have 5+ years of experience in product operations or a related field, where you've successfully built and optimized processes that enhance team collaboration and product delivery. Your background includes working closely with product and engineering teams, allowing you to understand the intricacies of product development and operational efficiency. You thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing onsite collaboration with remote flexibility, and you are committed to fostering a culture of inclusivity and teamwork.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively liaise between various stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and executives. Your analytical mindset allows you to derive insights from data, helping to inform decision-making and improve operational workflows. You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement and are not afraid to implement changes that drive efficiency and effectiveness.

What you'll do
