What you'll do

As an Associate in the Client Service team, you will act as the vital link between clients and the expert knowledge they seek. Your day will involve recruiting experts by engaging in phone conversations to find the best matches for your clients' projects. You will need to understand the project context and the legal and regulatory environment in which your clients and experts operate. Taking ownership of your projects is crucial; you will manage client-expert communications and meticulously schedule calls to ensure seamless collaboration. Your role will be communications-intensive, requiring you to juggle various workstreams effectively.
