What you'll do

As an Associate in the Client Service team, you will play a vital role in connecting clients with the expert knowledge they need to inform their decision-making. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing multiple projects, ensuring that you understand the specific needs of each client and the expertise required to meet those needs. You will collaborate closely with your team to identify and engage niche experts across various fields, facilitating introductions and ensuring that clients receive timely insights.

You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with both clients and experts, ensuring that communication flows smoothly and that all parties are satisfied with the service provided. Your role will require you to be detail-oriented, as you will need to track project progress and ensure that deadlines are met without compromising quality.

In addition to project management, you will also have opportunities to contribute to the overall strategy of the Client Service team. Your insights and feedback will be valuable in refining processes and improving client satisfaction. You will participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, where your ideas can help shape the direction of the team.
