What you'll do

As an Associate in Client Service, you will serve as a vital link between clients and the expert knowledge they seek. Your daily responsibilities will involve recruiting experts by communicating effectively over the phone and matching them with client projects. You will need to understand the market context and the legal and regulatory environments that affect your clients and the experts you engage with. Managing multiple workflows simultaneously will be crucial, as you will oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to execution, ensuring smooth communication between clients and experts.

You will be expected to develop strong project management skills, balancing various tasks while maintaining a focus on results. This role will provide you with the opportunity to cultivate transferable business skills, including professional communication, negotiation, persuasion, and time management. After 24-30 months in this position, you will have the chance to advance to a managerial role, with further opportunities for growth within the company.

AlphaSights offers a competitive first-year total compensation ranging from 304,000 to 406,700 RMB, which includes a base salary and performance-based incentives.
