What you'll do

In this pivotal role, you will serve as the last-mile translator between advanced data systems and decision-makers — your work will involve turning raw data pipelines and evaluation outputs into trusted insights for federal and state partners. You will set the standards for analytics engineering practices, build reusable metrics, and create templates that empower teams across Altarum. Your responsibilities will include semantic modeling, BI design, and crafting narratives that effectively communicate insights derived from causal inference models and ML predictions.

You will lead initiatives to enhance data visualization practices within the organization, ensuring that insights are presented in a user-friendly manner. Collaborating with various divisions, you will enable shared services that enhance the overall analytics capabilities of Altarum. Your role will also involve mentoring junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement in analytics practices.
