Overview

Altium is seeking a DevOps Engineer to architect resilient cloud-native environments and streamline deployment pipelines. You'll work with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes in a hybrid role based in Katowice or Wroclaw.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a solid background in DevOps practices and cloud-native architecture β€” you've successfully implemented CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes that enhance efficiency and reliability. Your experience with AWS and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes allows you to build scalable infrastructure that meets the demands of modern software development. You are proficient in scripting languages such as Python and have utilized configuration management tools like Ansible to streamline operations. You understand the importance of monitoring and alerting systems, ensuring that applications run smoothly and efficiently. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with software engineers to integrate DevOps practices into the development lifecycle. You are committed to continuous improvement and are always looking for ways to optimize processes and enhance team productivity.

Desirable

Experience with infrastructure as code tools and familiarity with large-scale data processing would be advantageous. Knowledge of AI and ML applications in cloud environments is a plus, as is a background in electronics design or engineering.

What you'll do

In this role, you will architect and maintain cloud-native environments that support Altium's innovative electronics design platforms.
