Who you are
You have a proven track record of over 5 years in account management, particularly in the SaaS industry, where you've successfully driven growth and built strong relationships with ISV customers. Your business acumen allows you to navigate complex organizational structures, engaging with C-level executives and technical teams alike. You possess a hands-on approach to developing new opportunities and have a deep understanding of public cloud technologies, particularly AWS. Your leadership experience includes managing cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between sales, engineering, and partner organizations to achieve shared goals. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are adept at creating and executing strategic account plans that drive revenue growth.
Desirable
Experience in developing Go-To-Market strategies for ISVs and familiarity with AWS Partner programs would be advantageous. A background in technology sales or cloud computing will further enhance your candidacy.
What you'll do
As the Principal ISV Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading the strategic sales efforts for AWS's most important ISV customers. This includes developing and executing account strategies that align with customer growth targets while ensuring AWS achieves its revenue goals. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including specialists, solution architects, and product managers, to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs. Your role will involve nurturing relationships with senior executives and stakeholders within customer organizations, ensuring that AWS remains a trusted partner in their growth journey. You will also work with the AWS Partner Team to develop programs that support ISV strategies, driving joint marketing initiatives and sales efforts in the field. Your success will be measured by the growth of your accounts and the satisfaction of your customers, making your role critical to AWS's overall success in the ISV market.
