Who you are

You have a Master's degree or a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, and you bring at least 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable. Your strong analytical skills enable you to maintain accuracy levels above 98%, and you are adept at meeting productivity targets set by your team. You are familiar with Oracle and have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. You thrive in environments where you can complete complex tasks quickly and with minimal guidance, demonstrating urgency in situations that require a quick turnaround.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for matching invoices from the IMDEX and conducting quality checks for invoices matched. You will prepare vendor statements and conduct research on credits and returns, as well as payment holds. Your attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring that all processes are executed accurately and efficiently. You will collaborate with various teams to streamline operations and improve the overall accounts payable process, contributing to the financial health of the organization.
