Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with a strong track record of building, deploying, and scaling production-grade AI systems. Your expertise includes designing system architectures and building efficient ML models and data pipelines. You are passionate about writing high-quality code and making sound architectural decisions to ensure that AI systems are robust, maintainable, and secure.
You excel at translating business requirements into scalable solutions and have experience mentoring engineers to drive technical excellence in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with compliance or regulatory domains is preferred, as you will be working on AI-powered solutions that improve Seller compliance outcomes.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the development of AI-driven engineering initiatives focused on compliance. You will design and implement scalable AI/ML solutions for various compliance use cases, ensuring that the systems you build are efficient and effective. Your responsibilities will include leading the development of ML models and end-to-end data processing pipelines from ingestion to serving.
You will collaborate with engineering, science, and product teams to drive technical collaboration and ensure the best results for customers. Your role will also involve making and documenting sound architectural decisions, which are crucial for the success of the AI systems you develop.
