You possess a deep understanding of foundational ML research and are skilled in developing scalable solutions that address customer experience issues. Your experience with multi-modal understanding, task automation, and anomaly detection equips you to contribute effectively to the RBS Tech team. You are comfortable working with both text and images, and you have a keen interest in applying advanced techniques to real-world challenges.
What you'll do
As an Applied Scientist, you will design and deploy scalable GenAI, NLP, and Computer Vision solutions that impact the content visible to millions of customers. You will develop novel LLM, deep learning, and statistical techniques for task automation, text processing, image processing, pattern recognition, and anomaly detection problems. Your work will involve defining research objectives and collaborating with team members to achieve the best results for our customers.
You will be responsible for enhancing the customer experience by providing technologies that find and fix defects at scale. Your contributions will help improve the customer journey across various phases, including selection, discoverability, fulfillment, and post-buying experiences. You will also work on developing GenAI platforms for automating Amazon Stores Operations, ensuring that our solutions are both effective and efficient.
