What you'll do
In this role, you will lead a team of Applied Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, and Software Development Engineers to accelerate GMSP growth across multiple EU markets. You will be responsible for crafting the vision and milestones for the SPB GO program, ensuring that the team delivers innovative solutions that meet the needs of advertisers and shoppers alike. You will oversee the development of state-of-the-art advertising solutions, leveraging multilingual and multi-modal generative AI technologies.
You will work closely with your team to prototype and ship solutions that redefine the advertising lifecycle, from ad creation to performance analysis. Your leadership will guide the team in understanding customer insights and optimizing advertising strategies to drive profitability across all marketplaces. You will also be involved in mentoring team members, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
