Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in machine learning and are inspired by the potential of Large Language Models (LLM) to transform technology interactions. Your expertise in Generative AI allows you to build solutions that predict problems and coach users in real-world scenarios. You are passionate about applying advanced machine learning techniques to tackle complex challenges in customer service.
You possess experience in designing, developing, and implementing scalable machine learning solutions that address language-related challenges. Your familiarity with NLP techniques, including Sentence embeddings, Dimensionality reduction, clustering, and topic modeling, enables you to effectively identify customer intents and utterances. You are comfortable using AWS services like AWS Lex and AWS Bedrock to develop innovative advertising solutions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will collaborate closely with teams of scientists and software engineers to drive real-time model implementations and deliver impactful solutions. You will automate feedback loops for algorithms in production and set up monitoring systems to detect anomalous data patterns, performing root cause analyses to address them. As a member of the Amazon-wide Machine Learning Community, you will participate in internal and external MeetUps, Hackathons, and Conferences, contributing to the broader machine learning ecosystem.
What we offer
Amazon provides a competitive salary range of $142,800.00 - $193,200.00 annually, along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and mental health support.
