What you'll do

In this role, you will develop machine learning models that power Prime Video's recommendation and search systems — your work will directly impact how users discover content and enhance their viewing experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals and deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs. Your responsibilities will include designing experiments to evaluate model performance, iterating on existing models based on feedback, and implementing best practices for model deployment and monitoring. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
