Who you are
You have a strong background in applied science and experience leading teams focused on AI initiatives — your expertise allows you to develop scientific models that capture customer experience signals and recognize unmet customer demand. You are skilled in leveraging both structured and unstructured data to generate actionable insights that drive business growth. Your ability to partner with cross-functional teams, including business, product, and engineering, enables you to create tools that empower sellers to make informed decisions.
You possess a deep understanding of the seller ecosystem and are passionate about enhancing seller experiences through data-driven insights — your analytical mindset allows you to identify high-value selections and prioritize signals that benefit sellers. You are adept at translating complex data into personalized recommendations tailored to individual seller objectives, ensuring that your insights are both relevant and impactful.
What you'll do
In this role, you will spearhead the development of a suite of scientific models designed to enhance the seller experience — you will lead initiatives that surface valuable selection information directly to sellers, driving adoption and facilitating growth. Collaborating closely with product and engineering teams, you will integrate insights into seller-facing products, such as Amazon Brand Analytics and Product Opportunity Explorer. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding the team towards achieving strategic goals that align with the overall vision of the Selling Partner Growth organization.
You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement — your leadership will help shape the future of Amazon's seller business by ensuring that your team is equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed. You will engage in regular communication with stakeholders to align on objectives and share progress, ensuring that the initiatives you lead are well-supported and understood across the organization.
