What you'll do
As the Senior Applied Scientist, you will lead the Amazon Catalog Science team, devising strategies and execution plans for initiatives that leverage LLMs to enhance product information. You will oversee the development of tuning artifacts, train machine learning models, and implement mechanisms for fact extraction and automatic detection of missing product information. Your role will involve building applications that distill product information and analyze product composition, driving a deep understanding of products at scale.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate diverse input sources, ensuring the completeness and correctness of product data. Your leadership will foster a culture of innovation, encouraging team members to think creatively and explore new solutions to complex challenges. You will also be responsible for scaling human tasks through active learning mechanisms, enhancing the efficiency of catalog management processes.
What we offer
Amazon provides a competitive salary range of $218,800.00 - $295,900.00 USD annually, along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
