You have over 5 years of experience in art direction or graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create visually compelling designs that resonate with diverse audiences. Your expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator, allows you to bring concepts to life through innovative visual storytelling. You understand the cultural nuances of the Japanese market and can tailor your designs to engage local fans effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with creative directors, copywriters, and product designers to develop cohesive brand visuals. You are open to feedback and continuously seek to improve your craft, experimenting with new techniques and approaches to achieve the best results.
Desirable
Experience in the music or entertainment industry is a plus, as is familiarity with digital marketing trends and strategies. A passion for music and culture will help you connect with the brand's mission and audience. What you'll do
As a Senior Art Director on the Global Amazon Music Brand Creative team, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that span playlist artwork, cultural and brand campaigns, marketing assets, and digital out-of-home experiences. Your work will inspire and connect fans to the artists and creators they love, influencing how Amazon Music engages with its audience on a global scale. You will collaborate with a diverse team of creative professionals, turning ideas into expressive and on-brand visuals that meet the cultural expectations of Japanese fans. You will have the opportunity to test new approaches and define creative strategies that enhance the overall brand experience. Your role will involve overseeing the design process from concept to execution, ensuring that all visual elements align with the brand's identity and objectives. You will also participate in brainstorming sessions, providing insights and creative solutions that elevate the team's output.
