Who you are
You are an entry-level candidate with a strong foundation in SQL and experience with BI visualization tools. You have a moderate level of proficiency in Python programming and are detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in your work. Your communication skills are strong, allowing you to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Familiarity with machine learning concepts and the Django framework is a plus, showcasing your eagerness to learn and grow in the field of data analysis.
What you'll do
In this role, you will maintain and upgrade Excel models for weekly business reporting, supporting report automation to streamline processes. You will assist in the development and maintenance of data visualization tools, specifically using Quicksight, to present data insights effectively. Your responsibilities will include updating KPI metrics and debugging SQL queries as necessary, ensuring that the data is accurate and actionable. You will support business performance deep dives and conduct simple analyses to provide insights into operational efficiency. Additionally, you will verify the accuracy of data pipelines and resolve any exceptional cases that arise. Documentation maintenance will also be part of your duties, as you assist in organizing relevant design and maintenance documentation for the team's online wiki page.
