Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on data analysis and business intelligence. You excel in defining metrics and reporting infrastructure, enabling data-driven decision-making across various initiatives. Your analytical mindset allows you to identify high-impact opportunities and deliver scalable solutions in ambiguous environments.

You are a subject matter expert in analytics, capable of influencing senior leadership through compelling data narratives. Your ability to partner with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Commercial, Program Management, and Finance, ensures alignment of analytics capabilities with long-term business objectives. You thrive in environments that require strategic thinking and autonomy, and you are comfortable navigating complex problem spaces.

Desirable

Experience in reverse logistics or sustainability initiatives is a plus. Familiarity with data visualization tools and advanced analytics techniques will enhance your contributions to the team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the end-to-end business intelligence roadmap for the re:Cycle Reverse Logistics program. You will define the vision for metrics and reporting infrastructure, ensuring that data-driven insights are accessible and actionable for stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include developing automated analytical solutions that support sustainability and recovery initiatives.

You will collaborate closely with Managers and Directors across various departments to align analytics capabilities with business objectives. Your role will involve identifying high-impact opportunities and delivering solutions that shape the direction of Amazon's global network in reverse logistics. You will also be responsible for presenting your findings and recommendations to senior leadership, driving strategic priorities through data narratives.
