You have 5+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics, with a proven track record of delivering impactful analytics solutions that drive business decisions. Your expertise in SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI allows you to transform complex data into actionable insights that inform strategic initiatives. You are a customer-obsessed problem-solver who thrives in collaborative environments, building strong partnerships across various teams including hardware, software, and finance. Your ability to communicate complex data concepts clearly is one of your key strengths, enabling you to influence stakeholders effectively.
You possess a deep understanding of data architecture and analytics best practices, which you leverage to create scalable and efficient processes for large-scale data analysis. Your technical leadership skills are complemented by your ability to simplify complex challenges, making you a go-to person for innovative solutions within your team. You are passionate about using data to drive improvements and are always looking for ways to enhance operational efficiency.
What you'll do
In this role, you will architect and deliver best-in-class analytics solutions that streamline the production of Amazon Leo's satellite technology. You will set new standards for creating scalable, efficient, and automated processes for large-scale data analysis while maintaining a high bar for engineering excellence. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify data needs, designing data models, and implementing analytics solutions that support decision-making processes. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior team members, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization.
You will work closely with teams across the Leo ecosystem, including supply chain, manufacturing, and finance, to ensure that analytics solutions align with business objectives. Your role will involve transforming complex challenges into clear, actionable insights that drive operational improvements. You will also be tasked with continuously evaluating and enhancing existing analytics processes to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the business.
