Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in business intelligence or analytics, with a strong background in data analysis and visualization. Your expertise in SQL allows you to extract and manipulate data effectively, while your familiarity with AWS enables you to build scalable solutions that support business needs. You are comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in environments where you can innovate and implement new technologies.
You possess excellent problem-solving skills and can translate complex data into actionable insights for cross-functional teams. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders makes you a valuable asset in driving strategic decision-making. You enjoy working collaboratively and are passionate about leveraging data to improve processes and outcomes.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced business intelligence solutions that empower the Global Real Estate and Facilities Technology team. You will work closely with various stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide insights that drive operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include designing and maintaining dashboards and reports, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and collaborating with engineering teams to enhance data infrastructure.
You will also play a key role in identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation within the GREF domain. By leveraging your analytical skills, you will help the team make data-driven decisions that align with Amazon's strategic goals. Additionally, you will mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization.
