Amazon is hiring a Business Intelligence Engineer to improve the Delivery Service Partner program through impactful data solutions. You'll work with AWS, SQL, and Tableau to develop analytics products. This position requires experience in data modeling and analytics.

Who you are
You have a strong background in data analytics and business intelligence, with experience in building data models and developing business metrics that generate actionable insights. You enjoy diving deep into data and have a knack for defining end-to-end analytics roadmaps. Your ability to work with cross-functional teams and leverage modern technologies and cloud solutions sets you apart. You are innovative, highly motivated, and can think holistically about problems to understand how systems work together. You have a proven track record of identifying and executing both tactical and strategic projects that enhance overall performance.
You are comfortable collaborating with engineering teams, product managers, program managers, and organizational leaders to deliver end-to-end data solutions. Your analytical mindset allows you to quantify what is working and what is not, and you are skilled at inventing and simplifying processes to develop self-serve data and reporting solutions. You thrive in environments where you can continuously enhance delivery quality and customer satisfaction.
Desirable
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus, as is familiarity with AWS services. A background in logistics or delivery services can also be beneficial, as it provides context for the challenges faced in the Delivery Service Partner program.
What you'll do
In this role, you will define the analytics roadmap for Amazon's Delivery Service Partner program, working closely with various teams to ensure that data solutions meet business needs. You will dive deep into data to build models that drive insights and improve decision-making processes. Your responsibilities will include developing business metrics, creating dashboards, and ensuring that data is accessible and actionable for stakeholders.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators and develop strategies to enhance delivery performance. Your role will involve continuous improvement of data processes, ensuring that the analytics products you develop are innovative and effective. You will also be responsible for communicating insights and recommendations to leadership, helping to shape the direction of the DSP program.
